Lastenheft für den Hersteller des Klemmfeuerzeuges Allgemeine Anforderungen:
Das Feuerzeug muß den aktuellen international geforderten Sicherheitsauflagen genügen. Sollten in bestimmten Importländern geringere Sicherheitsstandards gefordert werden, so kann in solchen Fällen evtl. eine andere Ausführungsvariante genehmigt werden. Preisabsprachen sind in diesem Fall vorab zu treffen. Der Hersteller haftet dem Auftraggeber gegenüber für Produktmängel, die auf die Nichteinhaltung der geforderter Sicherheitsstandards bzw. Vorgaben des Lastenheftes zurückzuführen sind in vollem Umfang. Qualitätsanforderungen:
Zündkopfteil
Der elektrische Zündmechanismus muß dem Sicherheitsstandard des Importlandes entsprechen. Die Mechanik muß leichtgängig, präzise und sicher funktionieren.
Alle Kunststoffteile müssen passgenau gefertigt sein und bündig mit dem Tankgehäuse abschließen. Die Metallabdeckung (Spritzgussteil-Diecast) am Flammenaustritt muss in der Farbe und Oberflächenstruktur genau dem Kunststoffteil des Zündkopfes entsprechen. Die Zündkopfteil-Farbe und Haltebügel-Farbe ist bei allen sechs Feuerzeuggehäuse-Farben gleich. Feuerzeugtank
Der Übergang des Tankgehäuses zum Zündkopfteil muß passgenau und bündig sein. Die Außenflächen des Tankgehäuses müssen glatt und ohne Anspritzgrat hergestellt werden und in Ihrer Oberflächenstruktur dem Zündkopfteil entsprechen. Auf der Unterseite des Tankgehäuses ( Boden ) ist der Schriftzug „ Patent intern. „ anzuordnen. Klemmbügel
Der u-förmige Klemmbügel besteht aus Federstahldraht mit einem Durchmesser von 1,20 mm. Er muss passgenau gefertigt sein und in seiner Farbe und Oberflächenstruktur dem Zündkopfteil entsprechen. Die umgebogenen Draht-enden des Klemmbügels werden in die beiden Aussparungen des Tankgehäuses eingehängt und anschließend wird der untere querverlaufende Teil des Klemmbügels in der Nut des Feuerzeugbodens eingerastet.
Liefervereinbarungen
Vor der ersten Produktionsfreigabe werden vom Hersteller Referenzmuster jeder festgelegten Farbe geliefert, die vom Hersteller und danach vom Auftraggeber unter-schrieben und hinterlegt werden, um bei evtl. Qualitätsstreitigkeiten diese Muster als Referenzprodukte zum Vergleich heranziehen zu können. | Product specification catalogue for the manufacturer of the clip lighter General requirements: The lighter shall meet the requirements of the current international safety regulations. Quality specifications: Ignition head The piezo-electric ignition mechanism shall meet the requirements of the safety standard of the country of importation. The mechanics shall work smooth-running, accurate, reliable and safe. All plastic parts shall be manufactured in a properly matching way and they will be arranged concisely with the tank. The metal covering (die casting part) at the flame ejection shall exactly correspond to the plastic part of the ignition head, in colour and surface structure. The colour of the ignition head part and the colour of the clip bow will be identically applicable for all the six lighter tank colours. Lighter tank
The transition from the tank case to the ignition head part shall be arranged precisely and concisely. The outside surfaces of the tank shall be smoothly and they shall be manufactured without moulding burrs. Furthermore, they shall correspond to the surface texture of the ignition head. At the bottom of the tank the imprinting “Patent intern.” is to be arranged. Clip bow The U-shaped clip bow is made of spring steel wire and has a diameter of 1.20 mm. It shall be manufactured in a properly matching manner and it shall correspond to the colour and surface texture of the ignition head part. The bended wire ends of the clip bow will be hanged into the two cut-outs of the tank and then the lower transversal part of the clip has to be snapped in the notch at the lighter’s bottom. Terms of delivery
Before the initial go-ahead for production, the manufacturer will have to supply reference samples of every defined colour. These samples will be first signed by the contractor and then by the principle. Afterwards, they will be deposited in order to consult and to compare them in the case of possible quality differences. |
